From the moment we receive a task to handle a claim we appoint a dedicated project manager who will build a working relationship with the claims or facilities manager, the policyholder and our approved contractors to ensure a good understand of project status, scope, progress and plans.

Survey

All our project managers are highly skilled at conducting claims surveys, recommending any mitigating works or immediate repairs and producing a clear narrative, diagrammatic, photographic and estimated cost report for approval of the claim. We save time and cost to our clients by identifying at the survey all project steps and material requirements so that upon approval the project can be launched at once.

Disaster Recovery

All our project managers are skilled in the deployment and management of specialist resources to cope with Disaster Recovery and are used to dealing with often difficult situations where clients need to be given the assurances that the claim will be dealt with quickly and efficiently. We deal with all types of Disaster Recovery including flood damage, fire damage and asbestos removal.

Building Repair and Reinstatement

Our contractors go through a rigorous competency check which covers all aspects of their business including; Health and Safety, financial position, years trading, core skill, resources, experiences, referrals…etc. Once approved their work is monitored, audited and guaranteed.
